About the Scholarship
The William R. Wagner Memorial Scholarship was established by family and friends to honor William's dedicated service, commitment to Public Education, and his years of involvement with Junior Leadership. The scholarship is awarded to an outstanding student who has enrolled in an accredited program in the field of Education.
Eligibility & Criteria
- 1 Candidate must submit an application form by April 20, 2026.

Candidate must be:
- A graduate of the Junior Leadership Program
- Pursuing a degree in the field of Education from an accredited university or college
- 3 Participate in the Interview Process.
- 4 Transcripts, letters of recommendation, and an outline will be reviewed with Junior Leadership.
Scholarship Award
- The recipient will be announced at the Junior Leadership Graduation Ceremony each year.
- The scholarship will be provided directly to the recipient, intended to assist with degree program costs.
